Title : AP Specialist

Duration: 9 month contract, set to end July 2027 with possible extensions

Pay Rate: $20/HR

Location: Jeffersonville, IN 47130

Schedule: 8-5

Remote- Monday and Friday

Onsite-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excel
• Formulas (% count)
• X or V lookup
• Pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Plusses:

• Experience with Sage Intacct (required or strongly preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with electronic invoice processing and approval workflows
• Knowledge of sales and use tax requirements
• Experience working in a multi-location or service-based organization
• Understanding of general ledger accounting principles
