\n \n**See attached job posting for additional details. Looking for electric rate deisgn experience for electric utility to support CPUC regulatory filings. Need strong excel skills and experience writing regulatory testimony.
\nLevel III: 5-8 Years of Experience. Provides deep subject matter expertise in the requested field to achieve business objectives such as operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, or improving competitive position. Analyzes problems and recommends strategies to client to achieve business objectives. Leads cross-function teams in developing or reengineering processes using requirements gathered from clients. Responsibilities include formulating process remediation and implementation strategies; preparing written assessments and presenting recommendations to executive level clients. Able to facilitate organizational change through effective communication, building consensus and creating complete and coordinated implementation plans. Requires a high level of subject matter expertise in the specified area. Demonstrated analytical and project management experience. Strong business savvy and negotiation skills. Extensive experience in business analysis and program implementation.
\n \nSome Notes on the Role:
\n-Internal Job Title: Electric Rates Senior I
\n-One round of interviews with host manager and director
\n-FTE conversion is possible but based on needs of the business at the time.
\n-This role will be onsite five days a week, Monday- Friday.
\n-Working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM
\n-Bachelor's degree required- preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance
\n-Top Desired Skills:
\n-previous electric rate design or implementation experience with an investor owned utility, preferably in California
\n-previous experience actively participating or leading a regulatory proceeding, including writing testimony, responding to data requests, performing rate analysis to support company’s policy positions
\n-strong excel skills
\n-ability to act autonomously once direction has been provided
