A leading home fashions company is looking for a Product / Textile Designer - Bath to create and develop collections for licensed and private-label brands, with a focus on bath and additional soft home categories.

This hands-on role brings together creative design and technical development, with involvement at every stage—from early concepts through production. It’s an opportunity for a strong individual contributor who understands soft home design, product development, and manufacturing and enjoys bringing ideas to life in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate can take ownership of their work, balance multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the design process.

What You’ll Do

• Design seasonal collections and product assortments across bath and other soft home categories.
• Build CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details that support each product’s design.
• Create factory-ready artwork and comprehensive technical packs for production.
• Evaluate samples, strike-offs, and lab dips, coordinating revisions and managing approvals.
• Partner with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production to move products through development.
• Manage concurrent projects with close attention to detail and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience creating production-ready artwork and developing repeat patterns.
• A strong understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to own projects.
• Confidence working across multiple brands, projects, and seasonal schedules.
