POSITION OVERVIEW
Hargrove MSO is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Legal Talent Acquisition function. This individual will assist with day-to-day recruiting activities, including ATS administration, resume review, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and various talent acquisition projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting a recruiting function, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a 100% remote environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting workflows.
* Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on position requirements.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Assist with candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline management.
* Support job postings, recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and general administrative activities.
* Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment coordination as needed.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition function preferred.
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
* Experience reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain productivity in a 100% remote work environment .
* Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members across multiple locations.
* Previous recruiting experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment preferred.
