Supporting the day-to-day administration of the recruiting process, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate interviews, maintain recruiting documentation, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Key responsibilities Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and logistics for both virtual and onsite meetings Maintain accurate records in Workday Recruiting, ensuring timely updates on candidate and requisition information Assist with the creation and distribution of offer letters and manage the background check process for new hires Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related administrative role Experience coordinating complex calendars and interviews involving multiple stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using applicant tracking systems Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
