Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)
Duration: Open Ended w2 Contract
Location: 100% Remote but must be able to work Pacific Time Zone
Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm PT (if located in CST must work 10 AM-7 PM, if located in EST 11 AM-8 PM)

In this role, you will help bring our MBA and undergraduate recruiting programs to life-from welcoming students at campus events to guiding candidates through interview days and building strong relationships with university partners and diversity affinity organizations. responsibilities:
What You'll Do - Campus & MBA Program Support: Coordinate logistics and candidate filtering for our MBA and undergraduate (CAP) recruiting initiatives.
- Calendar & Milestone Management: Oversee the annual recruiting calendar, ensuring key milestones, interview days, and events stay on track.
- Systems & Workflows: Manage job postings and workflows in Workday , while executing recruiting campaigns, events, and candidate messaging in Avature CRM .
- Campus & Partner Outreach: Leverage Handshake and other channels to promote events; liaise directly with university partners and affinity groups (e.g., Forté, Thrive, CPI).
- Event & Collateral Management: Maintain recruiting materials, swag, event collateral, and marketing assets; draft briefing materials, event communications, and speaking points as needed.

What We're Looking For
Experience: 1-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, recruiting operations, project management, or event management.
Project & Event Logistics: Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects, calendars, and high-volume recruiting events.
Communication & Detail Orientation: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
Priorities Management: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver seamless candidate experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting Tech Stack: Familiarity with tools like Workday, Avature, or Handshake (or equivalent applicant tracking and CRM systems).
Early Career & Diversity Background: Prior experience supporting MBA or undergraduate recruiting programs, or partnering with organizations like Forté, Thrive, or CPI.
Relevant Roles: Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Campus Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Operations Specialist, or Junior Recruiter.
