Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst role is a part-time, remote position responsible for providing advanced financial analysis and decision support across the organization. Day-to-day activities include reviewing and interpreting financial statements, preparing financial reports and dashboards, and supporting financial planning and forecasting processes. The role involves analyzing trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability, assessing financial risks and opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to budgeting and performance metrics, and help enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve business insight and control.\n
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, variance analysis, and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.

• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and interpreting reports in accordance with relevant standards.

• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional credential (e.g., CFA, CPA) is beneficial.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, BI platforms) and comfort working with large data sets.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, part-time environment.

• Prior experience in institutional brokerage, investment management, or capital markets is a plus.
